Visa wanted a fresh approach for communicating with their small business community. While the final work needed to be unmistakably "Visa", there was desire to push the brand standards and find an outer edge that reflected the ambition, dynamism, and gritty hustle of small business owners. We started this project with ad lobs that illustrated a series of themes—each theme defined by a communication strategy that identified what small business owners value or are looking for in their relationship with Visa: Confidence, Acceleration, Growth and Freedom.







The Toolkit
Final designs and deliverables were based on the chosen option. All work was packaged up along with detailed instructions and annotations in a final "Toolkit".
